Sinne Valuations is built around that purpose. The company is led by Luite Berkenbosch, Registered Appraiser, who brings more than 25 years of experience. Over the years, he has valued over 3,600 homes, commercial properties, and complex assets across the Caribbean Netherlands.
Luite works closely with assistant Luna Duyn, who ensures every process runs smoothly—from scheduling and communication to the final delivery of the report. Together, we form a specialized team dedicated to precision, transparency, and reliability.
